I've been asked to take a different web presentation (1GB file) and make it a similarly sized mp4 file, specifically under 50MB. The video and audio quality were excellent, so clearly it was optimizing the mp4 for slideshow presentations (low fps, large keyframe distance, low audio quality) because that file size is crazy small.
A client of mine presented me with a 1080p mp4 file that they had exported out of their webinar software, GoToWebinar.
